Tom is responsible for consulting on large-scale construction projects, specifically for industrial clients. He has decades of experience in estimating, project management, refrigeration system design, purchasing and scheduling. Tom joined the Apex team in 2004 after many years of management in the industry. He is also a proud veteran of the Navy.
